You might remember Accept from their 1984 hit “Balls To The Wall“. This is the cover of an earlier album, Breaker. It is probably just a coincidence that Breaker sounds like “break her”, since the lyrics of the title song have nothing to do with women.
The front cover shows a woman in an apparent state of shock, with wide open eyes and mouth. A taut line of barbed wire can be seen entering one ear and exiting the other. Presumably having her brain penetrated by barbed wire is the reason for her shocked expression.
Misogynistic Album Covers 
One of my favourite album covers. It never occurred to me that it was mysoginistic and I still don’t think it is. It’s theatrical.
