Between her thighs we can see a wall socket. A black plug is plugged into one of the outlets. A thick white cord extends from the plug, wraps around the woman’s leg and disappears behind her buttock. Where is it going?
In case you think this is just unfortunate but accidental placement of the cord, notice that one of the songs on this album is “Plug Me To Death”. The woman from the front cover appears on the back as an outline with jagged edges, as if she is being shocked or electrocuted.
